Fantastycznie
The hotel is clean and quiet. The room we had was relatively smaller but sufficed. The location is convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good! Kristjan at the front desk was very helpful and had great sense of humor. He made our stay more enjoyable.

Good hotel in convenient central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included. Room spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. However, decor in rooms and common areas slightly tired and would benefit from updating. Hot water smells due to direct geothermal supply; changing this to a heat exchanger system would be beneficial.

The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a basic hotel with a decent location. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was on the smaller side - no shelf space which made getting ready a bit tricky. We didn’t choose to have breakfast there and instead explored the many delicious options within walking distance!

We stayed 2 days at the end of our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The included breakfasts were the best out of all the hotels we stayed in. Great walking distance to downtown shops. Parking was easy to find on road beside the hotel for free and they have a paid parking ramp close.

Breakfast buffet at the Hotel was reasonably priced compared to the other restaurants in Iceland and had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. The Hotel was within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to the Rainbow Road and downtown area. Brikk bakery is 1/2 a block up from the Hotel and has many freshly made coffee, breads, cakes and pastries and even offers some sandwiches. When I come back to visit Iceland I book another stay !

Convenient location in terms of walking around the city. Breakfast was good too but for a price. The only opportunity for improvement would be figuring out how to get rid of smell of sulfur from the water (sink, shower) as it is quite pungent.
