the staff were very friendly and helpful. did everything they could to make my stay good. the big problem with this facility is the mold content. i am allergic to mold so i tried 5 different rooms and all had strong mold. they provided an air purifier which helped but i cannot stay there again because of the mold.

Excellent stay at this hotel! Staff is always polite, informative and professional!! Clean rooms and excellent turnover service. It’s right across the street from the Bumrungrad hospital which is so very convenient if you plan on taking care of any medical while you’re there. And it’s a hop skip and a tuk tuk ride from all the exciting action downtown! Excellent stay!
