Terrible hotel and staff. Refused to provide me with a second key, meaning my daughter and I could not go in or out of the hotel without each other. The one key they give you needs to be in the power slot to activate aircon. So no aircon if one person goes out!! Aircon barely works anyway. Fridge was set so low that it froze the provided water bottle overnight. I was charged for tge broken water bottle even though I cleaned it up and made it safe for housekeeping. We were made to wait for 20mins on checkout while they checked the room and interrogated us about the broken bottle. Disgusting staff member at front counter. Horrible treatment. Do not stay here.

Pobyt u znajomych · Dla wypoczynku

The property is in great location but needs lots of updates. Our towels had holes in them, patio door fell out, shower head had no power, just overall outdated. The staff was very friendly and great massages.
