All good for a base in DB/Disney area and very pleasant environs for HK (but less accessible for those interested in Central/Kowloons hustle). Unfortunately pool out of action at a hot time of year, but otherwise all good, clean and crisp. Staff helpful.

The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city.
I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times.
The first room I checked into was extremely damp and required a dehumidifier.
Perhaps the hotel would be better served to be taken over by one of the bigger hotel chains.

Would not hesitate to book again. Passing through on our way to Australia, needed somewhere to stay for a night. Couldn’t believe how good this was for how little we paid to stay.
Excellent location, good access to local (reasonably priced) taxis, good access to Disney, clean, well sized and comfortable rooms, great facilities.
