Fantastycznie
We ended up at this hotel after a series of unfortunate events that lead to not only our flight but multiple flight cancellations. The hotel was so accommodating, got us in right away, and made sure our check in was the easiest part of our hard day. Even though we got in late we were able to grab a quick bite at the tavern that was absolutely amazing! If you have a chance the Smash Burger is awesome!

Good clean room, was there for a night for a business event, easy check in & out , only negative is we were stationed on the first floor and bad ass kids were running up and down the hallways and was very loud .

Calvin at the front desk was a star. He held my bags when I arrived very early and was able to help arrange for an early check in a little later in the day. He remembered my name each time and went out of his way to be helpful. The property has been “renewed” but a lack of maintenance is already showing. Some inherent issues (like the bathroom door hitting the room door) were not resolved. There was some mold in the new shower silicone. The bathroom sink drained so slowly. It would be in the hotel’s best interest to keep up the new investments that have been made. You don’t have to fear if you have already booked this hotel. It’s basic but clean. However, it’s nothing really special, aside from the amazing staff.

This hotel has the potential to be really nice, they just need to have better maintenance at the property in a little bit better housekeeping. Our bathtub was clogged and we were in ankle deep water for each shower housekeeping did a refresh on our room and did the bare minimum and did not replace any towels. We had to seek the front desk for fresh towels if they could just fix these things, it would be a nice property.

We arrived to the hotel and was very impressed with the property. The front desk host was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely revisit on our next trip to Chicago.

The house keeping was bad, we had to ask for everything! when they cleaned the room they didn't leave any clean towels, tissues, toilet paper, coffee or cups, ect.

The room is okay, the bathroom is good, but the AC in our room was leaking water and caused the room to smell horrible. But the location is good, there’s plenty of stores nearby.
