The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff are consistently knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Its location is another standout feature. Situated just steps from the Riverwalk, the hotel provides easy access to a variety of restaurants, attractions, and activities, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city. If you're planning a trip to Chicago, this hotel is an excellent choice and well worth considering.

Soooo convenient to house of blues and right on riverwalk!

I like everything, I wish the light of the room were better.

This hotel was perfect ! The location is in the middle of everything ! The room was spacious, the bar staff was friendly and did I mention the location?? I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Chicago next

We like the central location of the hotel and can walk to many places. The room was clean and quiet. We were even upgraded to a river view room for our anniversary.

Excellent stay in a great location!

Hotel is a great location, staff was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. Room was good, clean, some signs of wear on the walls where some paint and such were chipping but overall a nice room. The only downside (huge) are the hidden post-booking charges $84 night for parking/$25 destination fee and some additional Chicago stick their hand in your pants taxes. Probably look for other places to that enjoy that don’t ruin your good time with after the stay up charges.

Awesome location , everyone so friendly

Súper céntrica muy cerca de río y de todo el centro. El hotel muy limpio y acogedor
