Welcoming and helpful staff, good menu choice in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet choice was good.
Stayed in a double room, the room was a good size for one business traveller, the room has a ironing board and work desk which works well.

Lovely guest house, large rooms, quiet area, great staff. Restaurant is on the expensive side, 10 -15 min walk to the main part of Inverness. We enjoyed our stay here

Dobrze The room was clean but the property is outdated and without air conditioning or a fan it was uncomfortably hot. The breakfast was also bot good.

Hotel is not the best . In fact for similar price you can find much better hotels . I asked for half an hour late check out but receptionist adamant I have to check out at 11 o’clock. The room service simply covered the sheets and no more . No new towels . Noise is terrible , probably is the nature of the hotel . In short I do not recommend this hotel

Our had not be cleaned properly from the people previously. The floor had not been hoovered. The window sill and cups were dirty. There were hairs in the tea mugs. There were rubbish at the back of the bedside cabinets and we could write our name in the dust on the bed. Disgusting and not acceptable at the price per room.

Fantastycznie Great location walking distance from train station, the pool and changing rooms could do with a bit of updating, this is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars as the room was brilliant and staff were fantastic.

Nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We had a recently refurbished room which was good. The pool/ spa area seemed a little dated and in need of a freshen up.
