Great

As a second time guest at this hotel, staff and hotel is great and did not disappoint! Even with the renovations going on at the time, we had a great experience overall. The staff at the entrance is always smiling and polite, greeting all guests with a beautiful smile. Front desk staff was patient and polite with our all requests, we even got an upgrade for both our rooms. It was very much appreciated. Buffet is amazing and delicious every morning, well worth it! And even with someone with allergies to seafood and shellfish, it was no problem at all! Staff was very nice and helped us by indicating what was safe to eat or not. Great experience overall, thank you for everything! Will be back again for sure. Very convenient to stay at this hotel as everything is walking distance or a short uber drive away. We were able to visit our business partners situated a short walk away, visit some of the city’s attractions (peak tram, gardens, etc) and walked around the city at night for some great eats and shopping! Thank you for everything!

Close to shops and Causeway bay station. Ikea is below the hotel. Hotel breakfast has great selections.

Staff was really friendly and polite. Early check-in was a breeze. Was upgraded to the executive room. Loved the massive bathroom/shower. Room was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. A ton of variety. Service was amazing. Super convenient location. Close to basically everything (MTR, bus, shops, supermarket, convenience stores) My 2nd time staying here. Definitely staying here again on future visits!

Toilet sliding door got stuck easily and they noticed the problem without fixing it. Round about 5:00am in the morning, some sort of drilling noises can be heard from upper floor. It happened 2 nights in a row. Hand bar soap sticking on the holder when it becomes dry. You just cannot have the soap without taking the holder together. No bottles water supply. Instead there’s filtered water faucet We visited and stayed Park Lane Hotel continuously for at least 25 years. It has been worst experience of all this time.

Fantastic location in CWB. Close to the Victoria Park too. Well maintained rooms and great food as well.

Nice stay and location. Great rooftop bar with nice cocktails. Gym is large with a nice sauna, but equipment is a bit dated with machines and lacking heavy weights. Quality room service albeit TV user interface a bit buggy. Overall, solid stay for a week.
