It’s not what’s in photos, really bad hotel, it’s not more than 1 star. Bathroom was dirty and stinky , room had very bad lighting, won’t recommend it to anyone, pay a little extra and stay at better place

Spent a week at the Neighbours Magnolia Hotel, and it was an OK property, but if one takes the price into account, I would rate it as below average. Water in the shower was warm at best, with absolutely no water pressure. I brought this issue to the front desk 3 times, but nothing was done about it. If you are not at least 6 feet tall, good luck reaching a towel hook or seeing yourself in the bathroom mirror. We were on the basement level, and people (not sure if they were just people on the street or guests) liked to sit outside the bedroom windows at night and have loud conversations with each other or on their cell phones at night. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were provided with an excellent room and greeted by good wishes for a special anniversary. Staff were very helpful with all our questions and need for directions

The staff members were very knowledgeable about Amsterdam and will intro discussion sites and restaurants. I had a room facing the backyard and there actually is a Neighbor’s Magnolia tree in the garden area. And it was blooming !

The staff was super accommodating and supportive of any request I had! The location is just 1 stop from the museum plaza so very convenient! Also there are many restaurants and shops in the area!

The hotel was okay overall. The location is very good, with easy access to the N2 tram line, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting Amsterdam. This was definitely one of the highlights of the stay
