Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone provided excellent service on all services. Safe area to stay with family.

Staff: I was greeted with a smile and/or verbal acknowledgements by all employees in my vicinity during my guest stay including front office staff, housekeepers, and perceived security staff throughout the hotel. I was provided complimentary water by a team member in the AM hours without asking. I liked that. The housekeepers I interacted with were friendly and polite. I did not know team member names. Room: Shower gel bottle in guest room was empty upon check-in. A team member replaced the missing amenity after my request to the front desk. He apologized for the issue to me without me asking for an apology. I appreciated that. I found myself coughing when waking up in the middle of the night during the guest stay. Amentities: The breakfast display was large with a variety of food but I did not eat it. I liked the large open floor lobby. I liked the Con-Air mini hair dryer amenity. I made use of the ice bucket in the room. In my opinion the gym was compact and practical. The shower head in my guest room had rust on it. In summary: Staff is professional and accommodates requests with appropriate responses. The room design and amenities were simple.

clean place, but old interior, good bang for buck

First trip to New York and I was super nervous. We got there at 9 pm after they just had a surprising busy day due to a Jayz concert but we got valet easy and during check in I got the pleasure of having Gezennia. She was exhausted but was so helpful and patient. I had alot of questions and she helped me understand everything. I was by far blessed to get her that night. She didn't have to be as helpful as she was, she went above and beyond for me. Dont be scared to ask questions

The hotel is in a great location. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and vibrant. The room was small and quaint but met my needs.

I enjoyed my stay at row nyc. All staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The room was clean and neat. When I return I hope to stay at the hotel. Thank you all for everything.

Great hotel! Its a walking distance to Time Square and many other attractions.

Had trouble checking in, the system had for whatever reason canceled my reservation but staff got on it quick and got me a room for the 2 nights. Staff was great!

Whoever book this hotel: TAKE A LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!! A lot of them helped me booking this hotel and hit well to my expectations. I paid some extra to get a larger room and bed after reading them. I was here for touring the city and stayed in the hotel only for good sleep and showers. The rooms are overall very clean and tidy. There’s no fridge in units- but they’ll provide one upon request. **Addition to the existing reviews:: at the time i was there, the ice/water station wasn’t ready (floor 17) after the renovation so I had to drink tap water or purchase at walgreens located at the same block. The number of towels were inconsistent everytime i came back: handtowels only avail first day ,floor mats only seen on the second.

5 days in the city. Heart of Times Square. Smaller room, very comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here if you want to be in the center of it all!
