The staff is very courteous, the rooms are clean, and the place is very quiet at all hours of the night. There is plenty of parking, the pool was clean, and our girls jumped in it two out of the four nights we stayed in the hotel. The breakfast was good and plenty. Overall the place is family friendly, and we even made friends with another family of four that were in town for the same taekwondo tournament as us. The atmosphere was ambient, considering we went there in June and it was really hot. Tucson is a beautiful town and we would definitely stay in this hotel again if we were to go back there.

I found a cacaroch and a bug in the bed, hairs in the tub and the toilet was dirty. I left the property and need a refund

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor upon arrival, and the couches were visibly stained, which made the room feel unclean. The restroom was extremely small and not very comfortable to use. The doors throughout the property made loud noises whenever they opened or closed, which was disruptive. The check-in experience could have been better as well. The receptionist did not provide complete instructions, and we did not feel welcomed with the warmth and hospitality we expected. The one positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was enjoyable and offered a good selection. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.

We stayed two nights everything was clean and comfortable. The place had a very relaxed vibe. There was good parking. It wasn’t too expensive. I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.
