Nice hotel in a quiet location, 15 mins walk to Times Square , breakfast was a good bonus but very busy and not a large seating area , the outside seating area was been renovated so out of use , I would use this hotel as was comfortable had everything you needed , and was a good price

Paid for queen bed room, upon arrival i was told they have last room with 2 smaller beds, even worse, this room was next to main reception/lobby so you hear a lot of noise from there. every loder noise can wake room tenants up. Room was clean, all working fine inside, hotel staff very helpful.

Terrible service/staff. My daughter had flowers delivered, and they sat on the front desk countertop for a couple of days before. I finally saw them and carried them to our room. Had trouble with the shower and the cleaning lady had no idea how to turn the shower on. But she didn’t go get help. She just walked away. We were in the basement so that was a whole other issue Elevator took forever just to go up one flight of stairs

Parking garage info on actual hotel website. Easy and efficient. Disappointed that breakfast started at 7am on weekends. We had to be out the door at 7am for an event. Overall, great stay. Safe neighborhood. Would stay again.
