Great hotel if you are staying in Adelaide for a conference at the convention centre. Ideally located, great rooms and terrific staff!

Extremely well located in relation to the convention centre, making it a great spot to stay at for work-related trips. The shower's water pressure is another plus!

Very central hotel . Can’t fault the staff , they were brilliant . The room was great in size , just quite tired looking and a little dirty . Not day to day dirt but just needed a deep clean . Disappointed the pool wasn’t heated as that’s what is booked for and couldn’t use . Extremely nosey , some drum and bass party opposite hotel until 3am , great if you are into it but not great if you want to sleep . Also bar, restaurant and room service finish at 9 , not great !

Change the do not disturb cards and put a hook on the door to put the card because every time I went to open the door the card fell.

The hotel is lovely in great central location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff we’re amazing and the food was nice. The only issue I had was that I was on the first floor facing the street, so it was quite noisy, i’d forgotten what inner city life was like. But that is my only nit pick. I would stay there again and bring ear plugs next time.
