Incredibly handy location for walking around central Wellington. The unit is a bit tired with rather uncomfortable seating but the beds were comfortable. Small bathroom. All the facilities in the kitchen you could need except only two of everything - plates, cups, glasses etc. Still, the dishwasher made recycling them easier.

The facilities were so good, that I invited a friend there to have a takeaway dinner instead of going out. It was a lovely quiet and easy space to be in.

Had to move rooms as there a problem with the water. Staff were friendly and helpful but not always there. Reception not 24/7. Okay for a budget stay with some space and close to Lambton Quay/ Willis st. (10 min walk)
