Disappointing Stay – Poorly Maintained and Lacks Basic Service Standards My recent stay at Dorsett Singapore was highly underwhelming. The property feels heavily worn down and severely lacks basic attention to detail. Poor Maintenance: The lights flickered constantly. Towels were frayed. The shower had intermittent hot water. Lack of Cleanliness: Deep cleaning is neglected. Heavy dust was visible inside remote controls and bathroom exhaust fans. Unprofessional Service: The technician sent to resolve issues stepped into the room with shoes on, showing zero regard for room hygiene. The property requires immediate upkeep and staff retraining. I do not recommend staying here.

Nice room, location close to subway which was convenient

Didn't have enough space for putting your clothes, no drawers. Air conditioning was only adequate, temperature didn't go down low enough, could be because we were on top floor in a corner room but the room always felt warm rather than cool
