All is fine even though it’s just an overnight stay, me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Maybe just the parking we just luckily got one we came back to park back and pretty much all parking space are filled. Besides that everything is good, and thanks to the front desk that we got an early checked in that day.

Our room was neat and clean. The hotel was conveniently located next to Ala Moana and within walking distance to Waikiki. It would have been nice to have more agents to check in the arriving guests because there was a bit of a wait. However, checking out was very easy. The parking valets were very efficient and it was easy to drop off and pick up our car. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very nice. We sometimes need to call because they didn't leave enough toilet paper or kleenex, but when we do they bring us some. The housekeeping came every day, which is unusual these days, but it's a big plus!

Limited room service options. No bottled water provided in room. A reuseable water bottle was gifted by the hotel. Toilet better suited for midgets. Shampoo, soap and conditioner mounted for someone tall the complete opposite of the toiilet.

AWFUL!!! The line to check into the hotel at 10:30 at night was over 45 minutes. The front desk was understaffed. There was no support from ancillary staff. It was absolute mayhem. No breakfast credit or recognition for the poor service I paid a $35 resort fee to check out at 6:30 in the next morning. Totally disappointing.
