The hotel is very clean and in a prime Location. The rooms are clean and very big. The shower is great. The staff very friendly. Would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in the heart of seville, clean room, had everything we needed, staff nice, and breakfast was a nice surprise as we onky had it on last day before we travelled home.

Hotel Palacio Alcázar has the perfect location. Just steps away from the Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar in the center of Sevilla. Many restaurants and fun places nearby. Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. Our room had a balcony and we opened the door to watch the stunning Giralda Tower and let some fresh air in. The breakfast venue was upstairs on the rooftop and it also served drinks and tapas. The room has an electric coffee/tea maker with decaf (no real coffee), and they leave mini-cupcakes. A nice touch is a courtesy Spanish fan left in the room as a souvenir. Rocío, Elena, and Carlos (night shift) were very kind and attentive. Before our arrival we had questions and they were answered promptly via e-mail. We enjoyed our stay!

Can’t beat the area!

We got a free drink on their terrace which was really nice and relaxing after traveling all day. The room is small but clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with setting up transportation to the airport.It’s in a good location!

Had a wonderful stay here, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable, convenient location and enjoyed the rooftop bar for breakfast and drinks. We also had the bonus of the orange trees fragrance and it was so nice to be able to sleep with the windows open

A fabulous little boutique hotel with a great location and a lovely roof top terrace bar which we enjoyed. Staff helpful and attentive and a credit to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back to stay on our next visit to Seville.
