Lovely, all good. but not having a smart tv is a bit derelict in 2026. It’s surprising. We also stayed in a cheaper place nearby and it had a smart tv with Netflix. Good if you get Bali belly and have to stay in a few days.

Very steep walking to villa but if ask for room near back entrance a lot easier was great place to stay otherwise

I stayed here with my partner, and we loved this place so much that next time we come back we want to stay here again!! The staff were amazing, very accommodating, very very nice, they carried my bag all the way to the room as soon as we got there. The customer service was just really really good! We went to the buffet breakfast every morning and it was really good food, a mix of noodles, eggs, sausages, cereal, croissants , fruit etc. you eat breakfast upstairs that look over the pool, perfect for some photos. Also has dinner here one night and exceptional service for that as well. Also if you want to order drinks or lunch, you can enjoy it while lounging by the pool. Also, the location is in a good place, in the city, but on a quieter road, still within walking distance to heaps of food places, all the markets, the water temple.

Beautiful property and grounds, pool was lovely and the breakfast was delicious too. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean my only complaint was they come to clean the rooms very early so it would be nicer if they came around 11am to clean that way it gives guests a chance to eat, get ready and set out for the day.

Rooms were spacious and clean, AC is a little weak but upon requesting a fan one was delivered right away. Property is gorgeous, pool is nice for relaxing. Perfectly located in the heart of Ubud centre walking distance to everything. Fun to watch the monkeys in the morning.
