Carpets need cleaning throughout, shower valve needs to be replaced, overall clean the place up!

Good location but hotel looked like it was renovated very poorly Carpet in hallway was all stained at least on the 4th floor some areas it was wet enough that I could make a small splash with my shoe Bathroom doors don’t give any privacy not broken but poor design Hotel staff was great super friendly!!!! Elevator was very questionable lol almost didn’t feel safe and second one was broken and out of order Over all wouldn’t stay again at this location

Make sure they have hot water The staff should have informed us there was no hot water so all weekend I had to take a cold shower and I didnt appreciate that at all and then the staff said they been having issues so if you knew this then you should have given the customers a option to remain or get another hotel else where, I got a email saying they understood my concern but no compensation

The style of the King room was nice, however the shower wish it had a stool or something to conveniently shave legs lol. Environment was nice only glitches are no complimentary breakfast which I was aware of and the ELEVATOR ran slow.
