Great check-in, very friendly and polite member of staff. Nice and well appointed rooms, the bed was a little firm for me, but lovely bathroom, plenty of amenities, I like the the array of buttons that controlled the lights, curtains and A/C. The sauna and steam room were excellent, the pool is a little small and ppl were not always sticking with the booking system, but very nice to have. The bar/restaurant have great views of the Thames, only had drinks and snacks, but it was a place to spend some time. Breakfast was busy, the tables are crammed in, so it was slow going and the selection was okay, but not amazing, expected a little more from the brand, but I would stay again. Great location and walkable to the main tourist hotspots.

Nice very clean the all hotel end my room was amazing. I love everything in this hotel I travel a lot but I find Park Plaza hotel one of the best hotel !!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. Room facilities are all controlled via a keypad including the curtains, which wasnt immediately obvious. Other than that great place to stay

Whilst very very noisy neighbours from 11pm until 2am is not the fault of the hotel staff, but rather the ignorance of the neighbours themselves, I would have preferred security to have been more intent with their actions when asking them to keep the house down, especially after multiple calls to reception due to them becoming excessively noisy every time the security left the floor. No room to do weights in the gym, and the chest press machine was wedged
