Beautiful location with snorkeling off the beach. Stayed on adults only side of resort, would recommend if travelling without kids. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was a bother. Resort has a lovely atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beach view was beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Little things let the venue down and we think is damaging the Sheraton brand. The company should be putting more effort and money into training and maintenance. The tennis courts are old, with a gigantic whole in the net (which could be fixed quite easily) and surrounding fence didn’t keep the balls in because it has rolled up (also quite easily fixed). The pool table is a joke (it’s delaminated so quite bumpy) and the balls fall onto the floor if you manage to get a ball in the pocket. The curtains in the room were also baggy with missing attachments and wrinkled. Very substandard. Each time we asked for a coffee it came with just the cup, no sugar, no spoon, so we had to ask for these each time. The staff on the whole were trying although some were totally disengaged. Shame, because it is in a very special place with stunning beach. It fell way short of our expectations for the price.

Very nice property, kind and helpful staff. The food was tasty. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell in the area around villa 125 throughout our stay.

I stayed at this hotel for about 5 days as a solo traveler. My stay was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed from the start to finish. I had the all-inclusive package and the food and drinks were excellent. One of my goals of international travel is to increase my understanding of local and regional cultures and I feel content on achieving this goal through their resort organized activities and discussions with resort staff. The island is easily explored and there's incredible snorkeling opportunities just off the beach.

We stayed in an oceanfront room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful beach and ocean each day was an unforgettable experience. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The service could be a bit slow at times, but that's part of the charm of Fiji's relaxed "island time" atmosphere. Once you embrace the slower pace, it becomes part of the experience. The beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water and incredible scenery. The snorkeling was easily a 5 out of 5, offering amazing marine life and excellent visibility. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a truly memorable Fiji vacation.

We had a very nice experience. I read 1 star reviews and was a little surprised. I honestly think it comes down to preferences and perception. I do agree, this is not a 5 star resort. However, this is a lovely property with friendly service that is always available. We also really enjoyed the food, contrary to the negative reviews. The rooms were also comfortable and clean.
