Awesome place to stay, breakfast was delicious with freshly made prata and thosai, noodles. The mall is just next door so with massage places.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooftop bar and swimming pool was amazing as was the view from our room! The sumptuous free breakfast was icing on the cake. Centrally located with connections to subway and train and next to a beautiful mall! I would highly recommend this place! Loved it!!

I've stayed in other Alofts, and this is much the same: modern, well-maintained and kind of generic. It's attached to KL's central train station and a shopping mall, so the location couldn't be much more convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dining area is not well-designed, so you have to navigate a zoo-like atmosphere in an oddly designed space to eat in the mornings.

Return visit handy location with its own shopping mall, train monorail airport train hotel has great size rooms comfortable facilities excellent good breakfast & staff are efficient & friendly

The general experience was great, except the parking experience. You need to queue and validate your car plate and pay at the reception, it isn't particularly efficient when you have a long queue of guests who are checking in. After validalidation, the parking barrier won't lift up on exit and we had to go back to the hotel. Luckily, one of the staff member has been really helpful and resolve the issue. This is definitely something to review and improve.
