Super helpful staff who are accessible on WhatsApp. Has an elevator and within 10 min walk to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes walk. Google map has the location slightly off but hotel staff on WhatsApp will give you the exact location with photos.

I had a great time staying there. I met the owners and they are very friendly. They are very responsive in Whatsapp and they will assist you if you have any problems with the room. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful staff. They helped explain many things to us and made our visit easier. They even gave us an extra bed to put in the other room so we could sleep in separate rooms. Great, central location, near the tram and within walking distance of many tourist attractions.

I like room size
I do not like the stuff there are very bad and bad treetment
The housekeeper throht rabbish on the chair in my room and the reseption speak very loud every daay i can bot sleep
Brakefast is very very poor and little
