Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.

Weve been frequenting this hotel this past weeks.. staff are respectful and attentive, the food selection is far better from our previous stays. Shops and other govt offices are nearby and accessible.

We had the breakfast for 2 days from the hotel, the food selection is ok, a little greasy for those fried dishes that was in the menu selection, overall it was a pleasant stay, alot of stores around the area too.

Hotel is connected to a shopping mall, lots of nearby restaurants, accessible to all sorts of transportation, place was clean but no hot water.
