Not far from train station but skirting densely touristic area. Lovely quiet spot with the softest hotel towels ever! European beds must trend on the harder side as after a few nights my back felt sore. Nice low-key breakfast with generous hours. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The hotel was lovely - clean, modern and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated conveniently about a 7 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The hotel is located on the third floor of a building however, which we hadn’t realised, so there are quite a few steps up to it after a long day exploring. There is a lift, however it’s very small and old and can only accommodate two people at a time. It was also a bit of a faff accessing the building as you need keys to get in the main doors after a certain time, then a code to get through a gate and the then another key to get through another door. All a bit faffy and we prefer just being able to come and go more easily. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again on our next trip.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast

Traditional European room -with typical European bed (*important note for Americans) but staff is super helpful and kind. We slept with the windows open the first two nights because the AC seemed weak. But after the mosquitoes started squatting in the room and using us as room service, we said something to the front desk. They immediately sent someone up and once cleaned, it was awesome and our unwelcome guests were no longer and issue. We also had our flight cancelled and the hotel immediately offered a late check out so that we didn’t have to wander the streets. We really appreciate all they did. Breakfast was good. Great location. All the things!!

Great location (a few minutes walking distance from train station… 5 minute walk) and staff was super nice and helpful. We were supposed to get an upgrade according to Expedia but it was never offered or given a reason for not getting the upgrade: no big deal but thought I would mention it. Breakfast was GREAT with lots of choice… helpful if you are travelling with kids. Only negative was the A/C.. way too hot in the room at night. Couldn’t put it lower than 19. I asked about it and they told me the whole place is set to have that as lowest temp. If 19 is still too warm for you.. maybe you want to think about whether to go here or not in summer months. To be fair, most other hotels are the same.

Great Hotel

Ricardo and Laura were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful along with all the staff of the hotel. The breakfast each day was fresh and plentiful. The hotel was clean and great walking location to everywhere. If we visit Florenza again, we will definitely stay at Dedo Boutique Hotel! We will also recommend to anyone who plans to visit. Grazi!

Hotel was in a great location. Close to the train station and near the river. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall lovely stay.

The hotel is 15 mins walk from the train station. Is walkable to Ponte Vecchio and Basilica di Santa Maria Novella and other attractions. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good . There are shops , mini markets , self service laundry and restaurants nearby. Quite convenient. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you .
