Fantastycznie You are a renting an independent room with your own key in someone’s apartment.
It’s kind of an hostel.
You have to call when you get there or ring the bell that looks like more like a light switch on the left of the door.
I thought for a couple of nights, just to sleep is convenient, great location.

Fantastycznie Very good property. Good hosts. Excellent location. Only problem is the elevator, went non operational two times during a week. But they fixed them the soon as they can.

Dobrze Cons: bathroom particularly sink was tiny, noise from other rooms interrupted our sleep the 3 nights we stayed here. Room is really meant for one person, too tight of space for two people.
Pros; location, value for money and we would stay again.

Clean room, staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel well located for those passing through or exploring Madrid. Very well located for running in Parque Retiro.
My only gripe is that I could not open the hand soap in the little packets, would be better if the hand soap was in a dispenser
