This is a very good hotel, in a good location, right on the subway and just down the hill from the MNAC Museum. You can walk (if you're up to it and you want to see all the wonderful nooks and cranies along the way) to the historic district, but you may as well take transit. Service was excellent. There is a pool and bar with a great view on an upper floor outside. Pool may be too small for swimming, but it's a refreshing spot.

Hotel Plaza Catalonia was a wonderful place to stay. We were in a great location surrounded by many places to shop, eat and sightsee. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Świetnie
Great location, very clean and room was great. The 2 restaurants weren’t open until 8pm so we had to order Uber Eats. Not much for gluten free items. The pool area had a great view but was so cloudy with chlorine that’s all you could smell. Not sure if it was just shocked but it didn’t look good and there was people in there.
