Staff are helpful and friendly. Love that i am able to pray at surau even after check out. But the pool and elevator is are not working. Very thin wall. You can hear your neighbours talking in their room.

Great location however no hot water for the entirety of our stay without any compensation was definitely not par. Also crazy gym and pool hours. For anyone that needs to do their workout early or later in the day, you’re out of luck with this gym. It should define open before 8/9am and later than 6/7.

Absolute disaster from the minute we arrived only to be told our room had been given to someone else, was our anniversary trip ended up with 2 single beds, a bunch of hidden taxes we allegedly had not paid and were basically told if we didn’t like the room offered we could simply leave and find something else, aside from the location I have absolutely no positives to offer about my stay, the property or the rude staff, room cleanliness not up to standard.
