Świetnie Great place to stay. A bit on the smaller side but it was a great experience overall. Close to all the action. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was okay. Definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast every morning. The rooms are spotless. Nice location. I am very picky. The fact that I say it's good means it's good.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Only down side is if they have maintenance on site with major AC issue would have made guest life at ease in the heat. Fans are not to solve the issue. Crazy part some floors the AC didnt work and noone knows when it will be fixed. When offering another room was the same issue then why even change rooms when it was not solving the problem.

The AC was not working! When we were checking in, a family was inquiring about how long will they get the refund. The issue was about their room ventilation. When we get to our room, true enough, the AC was not working ( room 905). We told the front desk. A helpful staff gave us an electric fan. It’s close to Dotonbori alright, but the thought of going back to a hot room after hours of walking is not @ all something to look forward to. I’m thankful, I only booked this hotel for 2 nights. Management should look into this AC issue.

Great location but that brings with it quite a bit of noise and people around. 7/11 next door was perfect, accepted and assisted with luggage forwarding!
Landry machines were useful for us but they only have two so prepare to wait or try doing washing at an odd time to catch them free
