This place is unbelievable. Super clean, gorgeous property, minutes walk from downtown. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Emma and Celecia were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Dobrze Very noisy room. Both from neighboring rooms, and maintenance staff working late into evening and early in morning. Cleanliness inadequate in room with zero effort to clean under bed, other hard to reach places. Even a random pill was on the floor by the dresser.

Overall good stay and good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly! My biggest complaints are about comfort- the beds were horrendous and if you are like me and don’t sleep well already, this may not be the best place to stay. Stiff, springy mattresses and flat/lumpy pillows need updating. The temperature in the room was difficult to control as well- it was either way too hot or too cold, that could’ve been user error though. Finally, the WiFi just didn’t connect most of the time to my devices.

Fantastycznie Amazing experience, house manager, Paz was one of a kind, my son got sick, she and her staff did everything that they possibly could to help us. We felt at home and taken care of.. cannot wait to come back and tell my friends about the Alpine Hosue as well! Highly recommend!

Fantastycznie Highly recommend!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our fireplace wasn’t working in our room so they upgraded our room so we could have a working fireplace. The whole place was comfy and cozy. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever experienced!! Located near the town square so we were able to walk around easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay next time we are in Jackson!!

Each day's breakfast specialty dish was was creatively planned, well-prepared, well-served . . . Or, for lighter fare, there was a cornucopia of add-ons for yoghurt, toast, berries

The room was spotless, smelled good and was very warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable, and the whole building was impressive. Very nice place . The breakfast was really good too!
