Bad stay room not clean roaches in the room animal feces want stay there again

Great spot, easy in n out and a really good lot for parking long rental box trucks etc. Nice staff, ok room but it would be nicer if they had a consistent, persistent handyman.

My friend and i decided to go on vacation for a day but when it got too late we were scrambling to find a room for the night. The room that my friend and I payed for was horrible. The beds were a little less than fine I guess but the amenities were absolutely atrocious. For me to pay $150 was not worth it. As we walked to our room we noticed that our room was located in the bottom corner of the building under a staircase and an open street was right next to the door, we already did not feel safe staying here. We went inside our room and the room looked “clean” as in the sheets were “fresh” but everything else about the room was off. I turned around and saw that the door didn’t shut all the way, as if someone had repeatedly kicked the door in so the door was bent in. Walking around the room, I opened the refrigerator that was there and the sides of the fridge were rusted, then i looked at the rest of the kitchen and the sinks and faucets were rusted all around the kitchenette was rusted and had aluminum foil around the burners ave there was holes in the wood of the cabinets. I then walked into the bathroom and saw that the sink was also rusted and so was the toilet paper holder. The shower head was also very rusted so we did not want to take a shower with a rusted shower head… after looking at everything my friend and I decided that we could not in our right minds stay in this room that night and decided to leave, even though the website said no refunds. Don’t stay here. 1/10

I booked my room through Expedia and on the website the picture showed that the rooms have a kitchenette. It also says it has a kitchenette in the description. The rooms do not have a kitchenette. I also was supposed to have a room with a sofa with a pullout and I did not get that either the free continental breakfast is a joke. My room never got cleaned the entire time I stayed and I never got my deposit back. Needless to say I will never be staying there again.

It was great for the price and the kids loved the pool! Great for people who aren't planning on being in the room for much. Clean bathrooms and beds.

Was very good and smooth, fast check in and check out. I only missed the hair dryer - everything else was in the room working and convenient
