The room, especially the bathroom could’ve been so much cleaner. There was no hand soap, and the towels looked thrown under the sink. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Didn’t feel clean either.

we got in at night and our airline took a very long time to take our bags out. so we didn't get our bags till 11:00 pm. we called the shuttle shortly after, I want to say 11:06, and they told us that they don't shuttle anyone past 11:00. We had called earlier in the day to check and see if there was a shuttle and they said yes with no specifics on it ending at a certain time of day. So we had to spend 27 dollars on an uber to drive 5 minutes away when we were told online and over the phone that there would be a shuttle. Then when we got to the hotel and the people at the desk were not very friendly, we weren't offered the special cookie everyone talked about, and they just seemed like they didn't want to be there and they didn't care about us at all. The Room looked good upon first look, but then you look a tiny bit closer and there were lots of things that were frustrating. I stepped on a broken piece of a hairbrush by the right side of the bed in the middle of the floor, which hurt my foot for the next day. an outlet didnt have a cover, one of the lightswitches didn't work, crumpled water bottle in the bathroom from the previous guest, plastic edge piece by the toilet on the floor, drywall around the sconce in the ceiling wasn't finished. if you need pictures I have them. then in the morning, we didn't realize you had to pay for the breakfast then when we went to check out the woman working at the front desk wasn't nice to us at all. beautiful building/ poorly managed!

The room was adequately clean, however not vacuumed.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Check in and check out was good.

The check in and staff were amazing. Problem was the lobby was updated but not the room. I made the mistake of taking a room on the 1st floor. Had to deal with some roaches that could’ve come in thru the back door as the room was right next to it. Safe area no problems getting in and out.

What you would expect from a DoubleTree

Infestation of roaches in the room. You should check grind out money.
