While the property looks a bit dated, it is clean and well-maintained. The public onsen bath was good. Staff were courteous and helpful.There are plenty of parking spaces.

Pool was under repair and not useable; we were not aware of that prior to arriving. Was not noted on booking etc. We might have held off travelling to this location or booked at another time when pool was operational had we known

The room was spotless, the staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. We were late for check in so they kindly laid out our futon for us so we could go straight to bed. Perfect service, thank you!

Perfect location for surfers Pros: beautiful Oceanside view, walk to beach, nice robes in room for guests, great pool, decent breakfast, friendly check in staff, lots of parking, a few onsite stores Cons: our room was very dated, old carpet and dated bathroom fixtures. Saw some other rooms had updates

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsen is incredible. The ocean views from the rooms are spectacular. Everyday there is a new sample treat to try.

The hot springs were really good. The hotel itself seemed a little dated. The restaurant was only available if you reserved in advance. The other restaurant/bar was closed.
