Lake view was quite good even from the ground floor. Amenities were adequate. Room was quite spacious, although definitely needs updating. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Very friendly staff.

on arrival we were greeted by friendly people who helped with our bags up the steps, the room had a lovely view from the balcony. The Able Tasman was situated within a short walk to shops which was great as the weather turned cold.

Very poor experience. Rooms were not clean, neglected and in urgent need to upgrade. Service was difficult.
