Level 4 lift lobby dusty & one of the lift fautlty. My room no hair dryer, no room slippers provided. Already remind 412 room Wall lamp bulb 💡 blow. No action at all.

Location near Senai airport. Booked 4 rooms in total, and all at level 3. Musky smell along the corridor and in the rooms. During check in, one of the room floor was wet, another one had a hole (one that looks from leaking issue) above the shower area in the bathroom, 3rd room had lights and aircon tripping through the night. Breakfast spread is okay but there were quite some houseflies hovering around. Paid Sgd 88 for a 3 single bed room and Sgd 66 for a double bed room. Not a frequent visitor to that area so not sure if this is the usual pricetag for this standard.
