Room was clean on arrival. The staff at reception were great. Even though there should have been daily housekeeping, a full clean was not done during a four day stay. Towels/bedsheets/ water bottles were not changed daily.

I loved my stay here.. all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. I booked a 2 bedroom appeasement and it was clean and comfortable

Can't wait to go back. Love the area! Really enjoyed Woodemere's pool and the sauna. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfectly comfortable.

Excellently maintained colonial style rooms with antique furniture.

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend staying here. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

Great location and wonderful place to stay. The staff were kind and helpful and the facilities were just right - spacious, clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and hope to stay again!

Woodmere Serviced Apartments is a perfect place to stay for short period of time and even better for an extended trip to Nairobi. The staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant has good food, the pool area is clean and beautiful, all together I highly recommend this place for the price.
