My stay was great! The staff was helpful and very friendly and genuine. The property was extremely clean which I appreciated and the food was good. Massage service was great as well, the gym is good for what you need it to be and the pool is perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it.

Sarai was such an amazing place to stay. There was even free parking in a small lot adjacent to the property! With everything included such as breakfast everyday (made to order!) and incredible staff, I would absolutely stay here again and again. The pool was beautiful and a bittersweet feeling came over me when my family and I had it to ourselves: happy we got to enjoy it alone, but sad because this hotel should be booked out and much more popular!! Again, the staff were all incredible and we even received many deals such as 20% off on massages when booking at the hotel! Close enough to Pub Street, and a short drive to Angkor Wat. Amazing stay.

the two pools were very nice, room was cleaned, staff at check in and check out were efficent. breakfast was a la carte with plenty to choose from. walkable to Pub Street and using Grab costs around 1 to 2 USD dependes on the time. i will book here again whenever i go back to Siem Reap.

Stunning hotel with superb pool areas , great staff and spotlessly clean. Great location, 8mim easy walk to pub street & riverside market . Fabulous breakfast, ordering off menu included . True 5 star luxury. Highly recommended.
