The room was perfect and had everything I needed. Wifi was great

The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was amazing since it was free! Traditional Japanese options and typical western options. There were scrambled eggs, waffles, croissants, toast, cereal, salad, and yogurt with fruit. Three kinds of soups, three kinds of meat with vegetables. Buffet style. We stayed two nights and the Japanese hot offerings varied for both days. Miso soup, rice noodles with scallions and soy sauce, and rice with mackerel and broth stayed the same. Was so impressed and grateful! The rooms were clean as expected of Japanese hotels. I was surprised that there was a gap between the wall and the tub where water would fall through when showering. I can only imagine the mold growing in there?? Maybe they pull out the tub and clean it regularly? I didn’t smell any mold. We were on the 14th/top floor and had a beautiful view.

Great place to stay for one night. Easy access to transportation and walking distance to Peace Park and Dome. Would stay again!

Bathroom is tiny (relative to bathrooms in other japanese hotels), no hand soap, incredibly expensive laundry, it was like 700-something yen for ONE SHIRT, when usually it's 500 yen to do a full wash and dry load in other hotels. The thermostat also shined a bright blue throughout the night which disturbed sleep. Overall would not recommend. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was ok but needs some variety. Breakfast area was sometimes crowded. Walking distance to Peace Park. Second time to stay here.

A great location, easy to reach by public transport from the station and a 5 minute walk from Peace Memorial Park. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped.

It was clean friendly staff 10 min walk to peace museum at end with gates of peace. Close to train stops as well. Easy to get around.
