When I booked I expected breakfast to be included it was part of the deal - but it was not provided.
I rely on wifi - it was supposed to be part of the deal - there was no wifi.
Free water was provided on day 1 but never replenished as promised.
So I ended up paying for breakfasts, paying for water and foregoing wifi.

The property location is OK and amenities are consistent with other hotels but there were many problems. The manager made some attempts to address problems but it felt like he was in over his head.

Świetnie The guesthouse is 2 star but the staff are 4 star
They are very attentive and trying their best to serve customers in a 2 star facility
I'm happy with service and for the value.
Overall a worthwhile place to put your head down at the end of a long journey!

Dobrze Although this property was perfectly adequate, it was not out of the ordinary in any way. In this town, you can do much better for the money.
