Hotel was making renovations of the water system and still accepted bookings. No hot water and then no water at all until we made it known that this isn’t acceptable to paying guests….close hotel for renovations or include information in the booking site so people can choose. Also food was not warm in the buffet. Proper temperatures help keep people from getting sick

Terrible did not change my bedding for 12 days and they charged me for dirty sheets. I will never stay here again

SO HORRIBLE WE DISNT COMPLETE THE FIRST NIGHT!!! First room was so bad and smelly then they moved up.onto a second room window was blocked no view and boy the moldy smell made me feel.sick. they tried to hide it with strong spray. There was blood stains on the sheet may e bed bugs. I didnt want to find out it was enough we left amd found a other place at 8pm. Beware.....
