I found my stay to be very comfortable. About one block from Kyoto station via the West exit (not Central exit). A nice, comfortable room. Friendly staff greeted and assisted me. A very small workout room if you like treadmills or stretching. 7-11 downstairs was convenient and shopping was also across the street. A variety of restaurants within walking distance is also convenient.

Very clean room and very polite and helpful staff. Convenient location too. Only a few minutes walk to the Kyoto station.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was literally 5 mins walk from Kyoto station. We got the suite and it came with a massage chair!! Hotel is very clean. We did not try the breakfast buffet as we always wake up late. The best part is, 7-11 is literally next door! The only complaint is , there’s only 3 laundry machines and 1 under maintenance when we got there. You can see the status (mins left) on the tv. We literally had to try 3 times and it was already 11:30pm before we gor lucky. One thing we noticed, their staff also uses the laundry so they had special privilege sign that they put “not available “ so they can use it. I think they should have separate laundry for staff to accommodate the clients.

It looks like a relatively new hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff was super friendly. They gym was rather small and hard no weights.

The staff was fantastic; most spoke really good English. They were very friendly and accommodating. Very helpful when shipping our luggage to our next hotel. The hotel was one of the best ones I’ve stayed in since far in Japan. Really clean and well maintained.Very close to the station and area activities. Will definitely stay here for future trips.

Nice hotel comparable to our Hampton Inn in the U.S, good breakfast. Great value for traveler. Loved the convenience to the train station!
