Pool closed. And had been closed for 4 months. Still shows open on website No breakfast despite it being said so on their webpage cockroaches in room. Bathroom very nicely remodeled but it takes 15 minutes for the hot water to arrive Staff unhelpful to say the least

Already have a bad impression of the service when they told me that using the phones inside the rooms for service needs are not allowed. They told us to walk over to the front office for any needs. But other than that, the hotel was plenty big. Cable was given. And great sound deadening rooms.

On Route 66 / Colorado Blvd. with iconic architecture and convenient to Pasadena. Plenty of parking. Polite and efficient staff.

It was okay but there no soap and shampoo in the shower dispensers. Room was clean but bottom sheet had a circle shaped red or purple color stain. Yuck! Had to cover it with top sheet.
