The breakfast buffet was great for me. Simple, not extensive, but perfect for a good start to the day - fresh mini-croissants and scrambled eggs were my favourite items.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff, room and amenities were wonderful. My only complaint which is very small, is that it would have been nice to have a laundry room on every floor or at least every other floor but other than that I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Great Location. Quiet, clean, close to transit for an easy way to get around to all the great spots in Tokyo without having to stay in the busy areas! Hotel and rooms were wonderful. Great size room. Staff were fantastic. Will definitely stay here again!

Great building away from most of the hustle and bustle making it quiet which was great. The room was amazing in size bathroom was big in comparison to the other hotels we stayed in Japan. Breakfast was ok not many options but was still good.

A well placed hotel for Tokyo Station, Kanda station and Otemachi metro system. Within a couple of minutes walk is a large area of restaurants. The hotel room was a good size and had all the amenities one would want.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was fine. Rooms are quite small, but that’s Tokyo. There isn’t much around the hotel area location wise. It’s close to transit which is nice, but if you’re looking for a vibrant, fun area to be in, this isn’t the spot. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, as are the staff.
