So spacious and clean. Easy access to the air port and plenty of dining options + a pharmacy and konbini. I’d stay here again.

Very clean and convenient to go to the airport via their own shuttle. The public bath was only opened evening time, not in the morning.

I liked proximity to the monorail. Innovation City is a nice work in Progress. The Public Bath facing Haneda ended a difficult travel day. The breakfast was a good beginning too a long travel day ahead . I would return on my next trip.

Room is clean and well equipped, staff are nice and helpful. The airport shuttle is a little misleading. There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel did not honor the shuttle schedule on its website from the hotel to the airport.

Rooms were clean but very small. Location was perfect for what we needed, a 24-hour layover after a typhoon delayed our flight into Tokyo causing us to miss our connecting flight to Seoul. Haneda Innovation City is an interesting place, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. I would stay here again.
