Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. ❤️ From the very first day, we felt so welcomed, cared for, and genuinely special. Every little detail made our vacation even more beautiful. The beach was amazing, and we loved every moment there. The restaurants and bars were wonderful, especially thanks to the incredibly attentive and kind bartenders. Their warm smiles and genuine care made us feel so comfortable. A very special thank you to our amazing concierges. They were always there for us, checking in every day and making sure everything was perfect. Their attention and kindness truly touched us. One of the most meaningful moments was the complimentary room decoration they prepared for my birthday. My birthday is very special to me because I truly love celebrating it, and this thoughtful surprise meant more than they could imagine. It made me feel so appreciated and made my special day even more memorable. ❤️ What made this hotel truly exceptional was the people. Everyone was so warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. We always felt heard and treated in such a special way. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so magical. We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a strong desire to come back again! ❤️

Let me start by saying anything not too great that happened was made excellent by the concierge Maria Dorantes. Since day one she went above and beyond with every request or question sent her way, and there was never a no, but an “I will ask or I will figure out a way to handle it”. The room butlers were lacking this time around, compared to last time we came and stayed in the same family select building with the butler service, that is what made us come back actually. I did notice a difference in the maintenance of the buildings especially the nest, there was barely any Air Conditioning compared to last time we came, and the ladies that play with the kids were not as involved or as engaging as they were our last stay, the toy and play areas were not kept well either… I am saying all of this in comparison to when we came in July 2024. Despite those set backs it is a great resort, the buffet is pretty amazing with the choices and flavor consistency, the hibachi was great! The pools nice and clean, the staff at the family select were great and it was soooo convenient to have our room to walk out directly to the pool area. I could go back and change my baby real quick, he could take a nap, etc. it was a great stay

We had a great stay here! We were traveling with my child who has celiac disease and is very symptomatic from any exposure. Chef Rafael went above and beyond to prepare safe food for our daughter and communicate with all of the restaurants for us. They would prepare anything we requested for her in the kitchen to prevent cross contamination. It would have been helpful if there was a menu to choose from instead of just anything we could dream up - but they were great! Unfortunately she did get glutened one night at the Japanese restaurant despite all of the safety precautions so was quite sick and nervous for the second half of our trip. The room was clean and spacious and the pools and beach were great. It was a lovely change of space to not have to fight for chairs! No one was going down early to reserve chairs like at other resorts.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres! The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and a great variety of options every day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The pools and beach were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to relax. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, offering fun activities during the day and enjoyable shows at night. Every detail made our vacation memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

I will love to visit again with my family. Staff were very courteous and always willing to help. Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to a variety of upscale restaurants at site. Nightly entertainment packages well chosen and enjoyable. Rooms were beautiful and and cleaned everyday. we also loved the blend of nature, well maintained landscaping.

Excelente el hotel h pese a que en esa época existe mucha sargazo en la, la zona del hotel. No tuvimos demasiado y se pudo disfrutar de la playa. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y la atención es excelente especialmente de Maria Teresa Dorantes, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el viaje.
