The location on Lake Eden is so peaceful. Lovely walk around it seeing the ducks, turtles, eels, and black swans with babies.

It was beautiful on the river with the cafe for eats . Very very slow service at the cafe . The manager did not understand Gluten Free allergies at all , which is not acceptable in this day and age . He was very pleasant tho and nothing was any trouble

When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress.My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. When he arrived he replaced the sheet and made the bed and said it looked like a rust stain. I said sorry for the trouble and thanked him. I thanked him because it wasn't his fault it was the cleaners fault but he looked and sounded really angry and left. The only other problem was the hand soap was out as well as the body wash. We love to stay here for the convenance. Close to the Shopping centers and Costco. The lake is also a very nice place to relax and unwind. The lady receptionist on the morning of our checkout was very polite. We will make another booking but might ring up and ask for our sheets to be changed before our arrival next time.

Perfect for a stay while visiting family nearby. Stayed in rooms with and without balconies and both nice, but felt the room without the balcony was quieter and more convenient to access car park and pool. Property nice and clean. Decent sized rooms. After rain storms the drains were quite smelly in the bathrooms but after the rain stopped, this improved. Staff were always helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay again if family stay in the area.
