Helpful staff, pool was awesome, the cruise bar had delicious margaritas and the location was very close to MTR for traveling to other locations.

Only 2 treadmills were available for use, not enough. Through my stay I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to most of the time were having thunderstorms and I was not allowed to use. Otherwise it would be excellent

We always stay at the Hyatt Centric when we travel to Hong Kong. Highly recommend booking a corner suite. The view of the harbour at night is so beautiful and you wake up thinking you’re in the sky. Looking forward to our next stay. Shout out to White, from the concierge team. He was so helpful with communicating with our driver to Shenzhen and loading our bags onto to the car when it didn’t seem like it was going to fit.

Great location, right next to the bay and mall. Beautiful property. Easy access to shopping, metro transit, and cabs. Good rooms with watery view from each room. However, restaurants had problem. The Sichuan restaurant had some incident so no lunch on arrival, breakfast at one duck lane was overflowing that they had to sit people at the deli. The small set of shops downstairs including cafes and Starbucks open late at 11:00.

Staff were polite and responsive, gave ice packs for a fall and responded to requests quite promptly. I extended my stay and booked the wrong type of room, they still let me stay in the same room without extra charge. Views on higher floors are excellent, once you are high enough to see beyond the motorway below. Rooms are small and could do with more drawers - bedside table has no drawers nor the desk nor space under the bed. It is compensated by the super convenient location. You are paying for the view.
