Front desk staff was excellent, especially when I made a mistake with the reservation. Everyone I met in the hotel was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The maid service, however, was not up to the standard I would expect of a hotel of this caliber. This was a relatively small issue compared to the rest of the experience.

The hotel itself was clean - modern and spacious the gym was great size - work out equipment new and plenty of options the steam room was great, just wished I had more time to use it

Loved our one night here. We upgraded to a room on the 30th floor with amazing views of the water - totally worth it! The location is good, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was on the 25th floor with a great view. The room was clean and well serviced every day. The steakhouse that form part of the property had great steaks and an excellent Creme Brule dessert. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the market and waterfront.

They need to coordinate with Expedia, because Expedia said there are in room massages available but the hotel is unaware of this. Quite the letdown because we chose and spent more for this hotel room expecting a wonderful experience for my birthday.
