Overpriced and under impressed. My partner and I booked a place in Breckenridge last minute and saw that this was a discounted room and had good ratings. The location was nice to access the shops in Breckenridge, but there was no disclosure that there was no free parking and that it was mandatory $45 valet parking. That would’ve been nice Wynn purchasing the room. Additionally I have stayed at many nice hotels in Vail, Aspen, steamboat and almost always there is a free breakfast and coffee brewing and most of the time free parking This place has none of that. Overall, the cleanliness in the lobby was only so so. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I tried the espresso and the drip coffee at the coffee shop and didn’t finish either. Walked down the street and found much better coffee at cool River coffee.. Once again, overpriced and under impressed.

Location, location, location. That and the outdoor patio were great. The place was modern and nice to stay in. Rooms are small, but decently finished and larger bathroom which is nice with two people getting ready to go hiking in the am. We didn't ask the staff, but did not see any hot tubs. We saw the weight room and it looked impressive. Valet for the car was always easy, but not being able to get ready access to the car is also a bit of a pain. Maybe just better communication at check-in about how to get stuff out of your car later, i.e bikes and snacks. Overall, we'd completely stay there again. Great vibe.

Overall nice hotel. Great location to downtown shopping and food. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfy beds.

Hip vibe. Basic rooms. Modern minimalist feel. Beds were comfortable. Low budget shampoo. Bring your own. Great location in downtown and slopes.

Super friendly and helpful staff! This is a modern and very beautiful hotel with a convenient location and wonderful amenities. Highly recommended if looking for a stay in the downtown area!

Really thought this place was a cool spot to stay at. The room itself was really nice and cozy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaints ate that my room didn’t have any hot water — tried everything to make it work, but no matter what I did, only cold water. I assume that’s not an every room thing so take that with a grain of salt. I also didn’t know there was going to be expensive valet option only for parking, but that could have been an oversight on my part. The biggest thing about this place and why I’d definitely recommend is its location. It’s right downtown so everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. Overall, I definitely recommend.

It was clean and well appointed, it just needs some updating. The bathroom door was a sliding door that either didn’t close at all or got stuck, trapping you in there. Cracked baseboards that took away from the quality of the experience. Overall 4/5

Beautiful hotel! Right downtown. Walk to everything! It was so stylish. The staff were amazing!!! I would definitely recommend!!

Excellent location and such a cute hotel! Staff was welcoming and upon early arrival we were able to check in without prior approval. The on site coffee shop is fabulous! Would stay again and recommend to anyone.
