Poniżej średniej One for the books... but definitely not one I'd repeat.
This hotel in London looked much better online than it did in reality.
The room was tiny. Not "cozy" tiny. More like a hole in the wall. There was barely enough space to move around, the overall condition was disappointing, and it wasn't a place that felt clean, comfortable, or welcoming.
Travel has taught me that budget doesn't always mean bad, and expensive doesn't always mean great. But this was a reminder that reviews and photos only tell part of the story.
Lesson learned: I'd rather pay a little more for a place where I can genuinely rest after a full day of exploring.
Safe to say, I won't be staying here again. ✈️🏨

Poniżej średniej The only thing we liked had nothing to do with the “hotel/hostel” is that it was close to the tube.
This place had Zero amenities and terrible customer service.

Stayed in a twin room, quite compact needs some updating along with the bathroom, but clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff extremely helpful when requesting Xtra towels, location ideal for kingscross.

If all you need is a bed for a night, this is ok. The room barely had space to walk around the bed and the en-suite was tiny with enough room to turn around on the spot from the toilet to the shower. Everything was clean, toiletries, nice fluffy towels and tea/coffee making facilities provided. It was only a few minutes walk fr King’s Cross. Overall, enough for the one night stay.

Poniżej średniej The location was excellent, but the room and bathroom were cramped with very little space to get around. The corridors were very narrow, which is probably not uncommon for an older London building, but it creates very close proximity between the entry doors of the rooms and the noise travels a lot. The female reception desk staff member was helpful and kind, but the male reception desk staff member was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful when it came to basic logistics of check in and check out, because of this, I would not stay here in the future.
